At Voxtral TTS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our credit packs and subscription plans.

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

  • Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased credit pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially Used Credits: If you have used some credits from a pack, refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion, subject to a minimum processing fee.
  • Expired Credits: No refunds are available for credits that have expired.

Subscription Plans

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund Window: Refund requests for subscription payments must be made within 7 days of the billing date.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: If approved, subscription refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period.
  • First-Time Subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@voxtraltts.com with:
    • Your account email address
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Reason for the refund request
  2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been fully consumed
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or bonus credits (free credits granted as part of a promotion)

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
